Are the products you use safe?

Absolutely! Most of the products we use are synthetic pesticides that are allowed by each specific label for use in and outside of your home. By using these products according to their labels, it significantly limits the exposure, making them safe!

Still not a fan of the synthetic insecticides? We offer "green" solutions using botanical insecticides such as EcoVia EC and EcoVia G Granules. Aside from their strong scents, they are EPA exempt. making them the safest option by far for pest control!

How long does a typical service visit take?

The initial service can range anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours depending on what you're having trouble with and the size of the home. We want to make sure you get exactly what you pay for. The process includes, introductions, a thorough inspection of the home, discussing service options and finally, performing service. From then on, every service visit after that shouldnt take more than 30-45 minutes!

Are there Cancellation fees?

Unlike a majority of our competitors, we do not charge cancellation fees for ending services. Our goal is to show commitment to your satisfaction and to build trust. We also understand peoples circumstances can unexpectedly change and penalizing you is not something we believe in.

how often should i have my home inspected for termites?

It is highly recommended that you have your home inspected for termites once a year. Its also a good way of keeping tabs on how other things are looking in the crawl space.

I have a brick home...Do I even need a termite inspection?

Unfortunately, yes. While your homes foundation may be brick or concrete, the framing of your home is wood.
