My name is Marcus Sanderson, the owner of Optimal Termite & Pest Control right here in the Malvern Gardens neighborhood of Richmond. I live here with my family, and you might see me driving around in my white Toyota Tundra with the green logo.

I’ve been in the pest control industry for 14 years. I’ve seen it all and learned every part of the business. I used to work for a big local company that eventually got bought out by the largest pest control corporation in the world. After that happened, I watched the customer service drop. Technicians were being forced to "upsell" people on things they didn’t need, and the "ghost technician" problem (where people pay for service but nobody shows up) became a real issue.

I knew I could do it better. I wanted to create a business that was more personable and honest. When you call me, you get a neighbor, not a corporate sales pitch.

We aren't here to trap you in a long-term contract. We are here to solve your problem. We serve homeowners all over the Richmond area, including:
